Chris Capper, Founder and CEO
Before founding Just One More Ministry in the kitchen of St. Matthew’s Evangelical Lutheran Church in 2008, Chris Capper spent 35 years in the industrial safety field in various roles including customer service, inside and outside sales, purchasing manager and branch manager. As a recovering alcoholic and addict celebrating 7 1/2 years of sobriety, Chris also serves a mentor for two celebrate recovery programs, one at St. Matthew’s and the other at Redeemer Lutheran. These programs are faith-based Christ centered program for people who have addictions of any sort. Chris is the proud father of four lovely children and seven grandchildren.
Tim Schoewe, President
Before retiring, Tim Schoewe served as acting Corporation Counsel and as an attorney in Milwaukee County's Corporation Counsel for 23 years and as Hearing Examiner for the Milwaukee Fire and Police Commission for 14 years. Through the years, Tim he has also been very involved in church affairs and civic matters. He is an MPS graduate and holds a bachelor of Business Administration from UW-Milwaukee and a Juris Doctor from Marquette University. He is married to Pr. Margaret Shoewe of St. Matthews Evangelical. Lutheran Church and is the proud father of two grown sons and two grandsons.
Gordon Moehling, Treasurer
Before retiring, Gordon served as the Director of state and local taxes for Manpower and also worked as a Senior Tax Accountant Harnischfeger and as a Tax Auditor for the Wisconsin Department of Revenue. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from UW-Whitewater and in addition to serving as the Treasurer for Just One More Ministry, he is also involved with Reformation Lutheran Church and St. Matthew’s Evangelical Lutheran Church in a variety of capacities.
D. J. Rodrian, Secretary, Fundraising Chairman
D. J. is the President and co-owner of Rodrian Insurance, an insurance agency in Brookfield, WI. D. J. and Chris met in 2011 through Celebrate Recovery. As a lifelong Christian with an interest in fundraising and good causes, D. J. invited Chris to represent JOMM in the Titus Trail Relay for Charity, a unique dog-themed charity he founded, raising money for 10 different causes. Shortly after that, D. J. volunteered to be fundraising chairman for JOMM, including jumping in Lake Michigan with Chris and others, and spearheading numerous campaigns over the years. D. J. also helps with the office, computers, and technology at JOMM, including the website and online platforms. D. J. formally joined the board in 2022.
